Eve Starr, “Vixen of the Kitchen”, night-life luminary, bon-vivant, and trouble-maker, has been stirring the pot of NYC nightlife fabulousness for many years. This southern born debutramp rapidly established herself as a fresh and sparkling jewel in the blinding tiara of NYC drag with appearances on MTV, Kevin Cahoon’s Fashionista video, Booka Shade’s Sweet Lies video, co-starred with Jai Rodriguez on Broadway in Exposed! for the Actor’s Fund, hosts the wildly popular Boys' Night- All Male Cirquelesque Revue at the Slipper Room and for Atlantis cruises, and created the critically acclaimed cabaret High Spirits and Low Standards at The Laurie Beechman Theatre with biological drag sister Natalie Joy Johnson. Ms. Starr hosted New York’s longest running drag duo show, Psycho Babble at therapy with co-host Mimi Imfurst.

 

She has also graced the sticky after-hours stages of some of New York’s finest establishments including therapy, Lavish Lounge, SPLASH, The Parkside Lounge, East of Eighth, the infamously shuttered Saturday night party High Life/Low Life at The Slide, as well as holding court as mistress of ceremonies at Barracuda's popular karaoke Tuesdays.
